Justice League Dark vs. The Council of Reeds

The Council of Reeds have just taken over the Marvel Universe and now have their eyes set on conquering the DCNU.

Can the JLD stop & defeat the Reeds?

Each team gets a week prep. The Reeds are prepping to conquer the DCnU in general. The JLD are specifically prepping for the Reeds. Who wins?
