With the above posts showing just how potent Dooku, Maul and Savage are with TK, demonstrating that they are all pretty much force titans when it comes to TK, the following will show that even in an area in which all three of them excel at, they are far below Sidious in this regard.

^As he is falling, Sidious easily force pulls both Maul and Savage off the balcony. It's pretty clear that Sidious can easily utilize TK on both Maul and Savage at the same time, at any time.

The above shows Sidious's consistent domination of other extremely potent force user with his TK, which is something Vitiate was hard pressed to do against Revan despite being on a dark side nexus, thus it's pretty clear that Sidious is solidly above Vitiate in terms of TK. Now, what does all of this have to do with Yoda? Well Yoda is a very close equal to Sidious in TK, thus proving that Yoda is solidly above Vitiate in regards to TK as well.

^Yoda uses a force push on Sidious so powerful that it hurls Sidious across his office, causing him to rethink doing battle with Yoda, something Sidious has stated to have waited a long time for. Not to mention that Yoda has used the force to destroy over 300 meter wide landing crafts by hurling into eachother.
And then of course, in the video below, Yoda too has easily dominated Ventress with the force, and then catches an avalanche of free falling huge boulders.
Yoda has the solid edge in TK.
Regarding lightning, Palpatine's lightning as of ROTS is more powerful than Vitiate's. Palpatine has scorched a giant sith spawn to ash, blasted Yoda unconscious with a very short blast of lightning, overwhelmed the saber defense of Yoda with one blast, and while pretending to be weak and not trying to kill Mace, Sidious's lightning nearly overwhelmed the saber defense of Windu, who was fully submerged in vapaad. In contrast, it took a 20 second long force storm attack from Vitiate plus another charged attack to overwhelm the saber defenses of HoT and Braga, both of whom haven't shown anything to suggest they approach Yoda or a fully submerged-vapaad-Windu in physical strength, which is the most important aspect in containing lightning with a saber if all bolts are successfully absorbed.
Neph has accused me of using circular logic by using Palpatine's first lightning attack on Yoda as a feat, but it's not; it just shows that Palpatine, with a very short blast of lightning, is capable of one-shotting a force user as powerful as Yoda, who hasn't mastered the ability of force absorption, which means that Sidious would easily annilihate the strike team Vitiate took out with greater ease than Vitiate himself, considering that none of them have displayed the ability to absorb lightning, and only two of them were shown to be able to defend against it with their sabers, nor are any of them nearly as powerful as Yoda. If Yoda can successfully absorb and redirect a very prolonged lightning attack from Palpatine, then he could Vitiate's FLS. Plus Yoda has his blade, and Vitiate has never overpowered the saber defense of someone like Yoda, whose force enhanced physical strength can far exceed someone like Savage.
Yoda has Vitiate beat in the force department. Add in his saber skill, and it's solid victory for Yoda.

Yoda won't be easily destroyed by anyone, but he would lose to Vitiate in the force. Vitiate is dark council one-shoting level and his FLS is stronger than anything Yoda has faced force wise.
It was never implied Vitiate had prep for either of those encounters lol.

I only read the encyclopedia article for it and it seemed more to me that Vitiate was just letting them bide their time until he one-shotted them. There's evidence to support this too, Revan one-shotted Nyriss casually and Vitiate owned Revan in seconds. So power-scaling is in favor for Vitiate-sama.
