It's an interesting scenario, Kang showed what can be done with prep with Uncanny Avengers, I mean heck he got the Earth destroyed.
While I am not voicing my opinion on the topic I just think Kang is very dangerous when it comes to prep, there is many things he can do.

True.
I just remember when a similar thread was posted about some members of the JLA infiltrating Earth, then destroying it. I was told Franklin would step in, or Mephisto, or anyone of the higher ups who had an interest in the planet. Even though they don't step in during the major storylines, I was told PIS was the only thing stopping them.
So it goes in this thread. They will fail because the higherups of DC will prevent them.
