Kenobi giving a Qui-Gon Jinn a highly contested sparring match is better than anything Malgus had done at that point, given Jinn's status as one of the most skilled swordsmen the Jedi have ever produced (Star Wars Encyclopedia). Malgus might win through lightning/TK although I can't remember any extremely impressive Force showings from him at that time, so I'd side with Kenobi.

What are Mehkis and Baras' power feats? As I said, I can't remember Malgus having any impressive power feats at that point in time but I'm open to hearing about them.
And what's a joke? That Kenobi has better dueling feats than Return Malgus?
