They are about equal. Both are below Ti by very small margin.

Not really. Though she initially seemed to be in control of the fight, Galen ultimately defeated Ti; and became more "far more powerful" afterward to boot.

Just sabers? Zallow, Galen always had trouble with just saber dueling. Whereas Zallow was able to contend with Malgus.

Ti committed suicide when she went for his skull, I don't see how that is a Galen victory.

However, Galen wins this fight.

Ti attempted to quickly resolve the fight with an extremely reckless attack; her attack failed, and as a result she was skewered. Absolutely a Galen victory.

You forget that the only reason Galen was not skewered was because of his telekinesis.

So many people love to forget that part. Galen was stunned that he was even still alive, a natural innate reflex with his TK stopped Ti's blade millimeters from his head and this is after she landed three direct blows on him.

And? I don't see how dying constitutes as a victory for Shaak either, buddy. At best she would have gotten a stalemate with that last assault.

Indeed but you made it sound like it was an outright victory when infact he was dominated the entire fight. He got a lucky fatal wound in, which he hadn't even intended to land.
