Spiderman beats hulk one day and we decide to use comic power scaling. By doing so we must put him at planet level or higher.
The reason we powerscale anime and.not Comics is because anime characters are always growing and progressing to new heights.
Comics try to stay consistent and not have thier characters progress but rather keep them at the same level.
