Stay strong, brother. Dieting sucks.
I had to maintain no more than 186lbs in the Army. That was rough. My frame's way better suited to the 235lbs i carry now.
They have unrealstic height weight standards. Especially for women.

I was extremely astounded because when blood was removed last week I felt nothing when the needle pierced my skin.
Most likely this decade that Yahoo news article I read about needles used for drawing blood and shots altered so the person feels nothing is true.

After being told by my Screenwriting teacher that to avoid a lawsuit I need to change the name or title of the movie. I have more than 3 great possibilities.
This because Original plan was a remake of a feature Hollywood action supernatural horror movie.

Also I was told characters to add.

I don't understand why on quora persons answer the question of What are things persons never do right.
This requires Omniscient knowledge which for certain things humans don't have so why are persons answering?

I'm astounded because the Amazon forums have closed which I found out today since I've been using those forums maybe since 2012.

I hugely regret I didn't write down how exactly I washed my hair Monday October 2, 2017 because my hair felt great.
Thick as it can feel so I'll need to discover again.

I've gotten a good system for shaving/manscaping.
Every other day (i used to go 2-3 without sometimes since retiring) without fail, on bench days.
My arms are overall less sore on bench days, hands less shaky. Better for not getting any nicks and cuts.
