I'm not really sure.
I fap daily. So there's no way for me to know if it's a permanent condition or not.
Hopefully not, since I think libido or sexual climax rises when you stop masturbating in a prolonged period of time (at least, that's what happens to me when I don't masturbate for a long time then have sex with someone.)
