Justice League $500 mill OW. You heard it here first. I'll eat my own poo if I'm wrong.

Seems like a conservative number to be honest. Thinking more close to 4 billion.

Definitely disagree. Even if you don't have them as villains, they're pretty important supporting character. Especially Harry. They need to be introduced.

Well Norman is important because he's Green Goblin.

Hmm with a $500mill OW $3bill does sound too small. And if you account for Inflation and 3D ticket sales then TDK made over 1.5bil on its ownl! Plus everyone's loving AquaMamoa!

So yeah Should get to $4bill. But I'll eat Poo if it doesn't even hit $3bill. That's Guaranteed!

There's even room for a character like Harry in the space left by Flash Thompson. With the absence of a physically intimidating bully, I feel like Harry could fill the role.

It was always an interesting dynamic between Peter and flash, the idea that Peter could physically destroy the bully if he wanted to but chooses not to.

Considering Peter's only 15 in the movie, I think there'd be more potential introducing Harry when they're a couple years older.

Also the fact that it's a public high school...why would a rich family like the Osbournes enrol their kid there?

No they do not... We have seen them enough... Same with WB constantly showing Bruce in Crime Alley. No need to keep showing that.... There is no need to keep using the same old same old shit... Marvel started using Vulture which I am glad, so now use other characters from Spidey's rogue's gallery..

lol @folks.. The Last Jedi will destroy all by opening up to $500 million domestic, including $150 million on friday night alone.. The Last Jedi will also open up to $500 million overseas..

Well Norman always did want Harry to make himself a self made man, so who knows. Harry went to a normal high school in the comics, and the school in Homecoming is a special pre-STEM high school so Harry would be right at home there.

You're still missing the point. They're not just villains. They're important supporting characters. This is like saying "We've seen enough Aunt May, no need to keep including her." The Osborns are a necessary part of Peters life, and they do need to be introduced.

Hell, this movie would have been better with Harry filling the best friend role instead of Ganke. After all, he has always been Petes best friend. It kind of makes sense to have him fill that role instead of Ned who never had anything to do with Petes high school life.

Here's my breakdown:

Wonder Woman will add around 800 M
Batman 1B
Superman 700 M
Flash 200 M
Cyborg 150 M
Aquaman 7 dollars
Steppenwolf 35 dollars

Whedon Factor 1.5 B
Superman's return 300 M
China 3 Billion
US 875 million domestic

I'm not going to add that up, but that's a shit ton of money.

And that's just opening weekend alone!

But there is just so much they can do with them now that they are part of the MCU. Yes, they don't "need" them, but the films will be better with them.

What would they actually bring to the story?

Peter already has an established friend now, and Norman will not be GG.
