*Anywho, I'm not entirely happy that Marvel seems to heading in a mad-scientist direction with Maker. I'm afraid they are going to ruin a character that Hickman molded/built perfectly... They should have let him die with Secret Wars, imo.

So we finally get to see Maker's City AI in the flesh again(so to speak.) However, it now refers to itself as "Omnitronicus":

It also appears that Maker still has full knowledge of the previous multiverse, and also plans to map/unify the current multiverse.

Maker claims that Owen Reece himself(aka. "God") gave him the task of 'evolving' the Multiverse, which prompted him to team-up with the High-Evolutionary in order to gain access to his evo-tech... Tech he would later amp heavily:

Maker possesses extremely detailed knowledge of the new multiversal superstructure(ie. the Eighth Cosmos), and at a critical juncture of cosmic events, actually collapses the entire cosmos/multiverse into a singular universe... Moreover, he also made a few 'minor' changes to the new cosmology, and resurrected the Ultimates:

High-Evolutionary(who is one of THE top intellects in Marvel across the board) admits that not even he could begin to comprehend his own tech once Maker had modified/amped/evolved it...
H-E: "I don't know, Dr. Brashear... These are my machines -- but [Maker] has taken everything so much further... I'm not sure I can even work the controls anymore.":

*It ended up taking the entire Ultimates roster(+H-E) just to properly utilize Maker's tech.
...Maker's intellect is absolutely staggering, tbh. At this point I don't really think it's that debatable: Maker is THE top mind in Marvel, imho.
