He can control Alien X. As of "Universe vs. Tennyson", he made a deal with Serena and Bellicus that gave him full control of Alien X so those two could argue for eternity. Then he whooped on Galactic Gladiator, a full Celestialsapien who had eons more experience with his powers and abilities as well as his two consciousness being in full sync. Which shows Ben's skill.
And Atomix can let off nukes. Or at least powerful enough atomic explosions to kill Mercer or leave him unable to fight.

Galactus at full strength is so powerful he's destined to see the death of the current universe and survive into the next. Also he was once offered a position as Living Tribunal's fourth face iirc.
We also need to take into account that the Marvel Universe >>>>>> Ben 10 Universe.
Celestialsapien's and that race that evolved beyond the 3rd dimension are the big dogs in that medium. But there's tons of people in Marvel who outclass them and they aren't even in the top tier in the Marvel U.
