Cap with no SSS is not even the size and weight of an average man, Ironfist without chi-amp is still the peak human martial artist. Im not sure what you're trying to asses with the battle.
Think more when Cap beat Crossbones without the SSS. Still had his size and skills, but not the stamina or other perks...

Correct. People really should check out the classic stuff more often. That run was a fantastic read and much more significant than Brubaker's SS mini during Heroic Age.
