I am not up to date with Slade's stats with his new tech, but Kraven since his resurrection has been shown to be ridiculously strong. Trading blows with Kaine, Agent Venom and blood lusted Spider-man. He's also killed his son (who at that point was a huge Lion-like mutant strong enough to toss Spider-man around) with his bare hands and minimum efforts. He's supposed to be immortal now too but it's yet to be fully tested.
