Black Widow has fought legit super humans.
The Bride knows the five-point-palm exploding heart technique along with a 1 inch punch that she punched out of the casket with.
Hit Girl was able to contend with street thugs and organized crime bodyguards.
What were Charlie's Angels beats feats? As far as I remember they were pretty good at martial arts but nothing to the level of Team 1. Plus Team 1 are all killers that are willing to kill or have killed before.

the angels are badass sexy hollywood action movie characters powered by rule of cool and wire fu
the angels are too cartoonish and over the top for them. considering they can solo 20 guys while beign tiered on a chair or bullettime dodge handgun bullets from a guy who could fodderize widow in a shootout
comparing the angels against them is like comparing a 2 years old in coma against prime mike tyson
if you put natalie,dylan and alex against comic book lady shiva, cassandra cain and elektra them would be much better
