Not unless she's had a massive upgrade. IMHO she's always been heavily overrated. For over half of the satellite era and the Detroit JLA era her power was limited ūl elsmwntL only (control over wind, water, fire and earth. This was due to her using too much power too quickly in her youth.
In Justice League Dark she and a few other female mages had a multiversal feat, freezing time across the multiverse, which had infinite universe. Pretty phuckin impressive.

Captain America has broken Hulk's ribs, he's not class 100.
Spider-man beat down Fire Lord, he's not herald level.
Pulling off feats outside your weight class doesnt make you that weight in and of itself.
Darkseid and a group of New Gods and old gods fought the Infinity Being and shattered a dimension.
He's an abstract level being!

Not so sure about that, considering his latent reality altering abilities. Plutonian is about as unique a being as Captain Atom and Superboy Prime, both who fudge up Zatanna's hex's.
