I always got the impression in the show that Dany was completely immune to fire/heat because she is capable of mothering Dragons. I was under the impression that it was a permanent thing with her.
Rob Stark is a horrible king, or was. Fighting a war, making deals, etc. and he breaks his deal and expects others to just pick up the slack. Silly boy.

The dragon girl story line is by far the most obnoxious. It's like she is Jesus, but with dragons and a vagina. Just the messiah going from place to place getting more followers.
