So I don't know what Brainiac did in Convergence that made him so uber but I guess I'd probably include him anyway, he's definitely always been up there.

Braniac 5 is up there, he has some pretty insane feats.
Metron is a fairly obvious one too, although I guess you can debate how much of that is because of the Mobius.
