How strong was Dean Cain Superman?
Some guy on Comicvine of the. Superman from the 90s Lois and Clark show. I was curious to know where he ranks among the most recent versions of Kal El, since the show aired when I was like 5. What were Cain Els best showings and is the show any good?

The show is quite good. Dean Cain is the second best Superman ever. It had a lot of Post-Crisis comic whackyness.
(For example Supes is fast enough to completely disassemble his molecules in the show just like in the comics at the time).
Dean Cain Superman is far, far above Cavill Superman for example. He once tanked a nuke point blank, no issues.

Didn't he struggle in the boxing ring against Tommy Morrison in one episode?

No, he got knocked back because he wasn't bracing, but IIRC he beat him with a finger poke right after.
The boxers were enhanced somehow in that episode anyway.
Cain Supes did have some low feats though, such as struggling with a magical ninja or something.
