Thank you for admitting that Cap has a history of only blocking where someone is shooting, IOW you just admitted that Cap can tell where the bullets are being aimed.

What about Cap's ability to block bullets with his shield?

The conclusion doesn't follow if the shooters always aimed at torso. We have no evidence that Cap won't get hit if they decided to shoot for his legs. If shooters aimed at both torso and legs at various times from a distance and Cap blocked both then the conclusion follows.
You are also forgetting plot induced stupidity. Characters in movies will have stupidity so that the plot remains intact. Spidey kind of broke the fourth wall when he told them to aim for Cap's legs.
You've already admitted that Captain America was able to tell where he was being shot at and then block them, thank you.

The other possibility is that Cap ASSUMES that's where they would ALWAYS aim without actually knowing. That's why swat and special forces have their shields covering their torso and not their legs. They assume they will be fired upon in the torso.
In that case, prove that Cap was just assuming where all the bullets he blocked were being aimed.
