Caught this yesterday; enjoyed it, gave me that 80's horror flick vibe which I loved as a kid. Richie (kid with glasses from Stranger Things) was great.

Looking forward to part 2. Though I do question how it will do with an adult main cast.

Richie, Eddie and Beverly were the standouts to me.

Pennywise was also good.

Holy shit! 123 million OW for a horror movie. This will be the second most profitable movie behind Star Wars this year. Incredible. Most people saw only 65-75 OW.

And further proof WB actually knows what they are doing.

just saw it this afternoon and it was pretty good; I'm not one for horror films as i don't ever find them scary but bill skarsgaard did a great job as pennywise and the kids were actually likeable which is more than i can say for most child actors out there lol

IT was surprisingly good. Not utterly spectacular, but very good. Much better than shit like Conjuring and Insidious.

Still no Underage GangBang scene it seems... I would imagine that disappointing so many of the book fans..

I prefer conjuring 2 over It, imo.

Good movie, Looking forward to Part 2 hoping it'll be better then the Part 2 of the tv Mini-series

wouldn't surprise if there were some people that read the book and hold it really high that wanted that sex orgy and the setting to be in the 1950's. King seemed fine with the changes...hell the guy has seen the movie twice.

This is a long ass thread, so if its been covered oh well.
The fact that its been 27 years between the original and the remake?
Clever and/or creepy, depending on whether its a coincidence or not.

Hearing some mixed things about this. If I watch something called "IT" soon I'll probably do the old TV Mini-series first.

Huh, that is pretty cool.

Anyway, the film was fine. Better then most horror movies.
