The feats Danny has doesn't put him above the other street-levelers, especially when he is wrecked on a window and no amount of denial will change that.

anyway, this here is the reason danny sucks nowadays. he was better when he was consistently closer to the street guys like dd instead of exploding jets, punching trains and ko'ing helicarriers.
batman has been hit by people with literally no h2h training, wolverine has been tagged by normal thugs and no name martial artists. No amount of low balling will change that Danny is consistently above street levelers these days.
Trust me, I've read nearly all of his early stuff and he's always been pretty over the top. I've posted the scans of him leveling a city block, stopping a locomotive about to run someone down, and hanging on another train speeding along before slamming into the edge of a tunnel.
And when Priest gets ahold of him, it gets even crazier (He was a true fanboy, judging by his writing. Every issue he did something impressive.)
But for my money, I think he's way better these days as the happy-go-lucky, somewhat airheaded, lighthearted sidekick to Cage then as a serious martial artist.
He's almost the anti Daredevil.

I forget how it panned out, but I don't think it ended any better for her.
