Provided because it is a consistent part of his loadout throughout SWTOR. Does it's removal change your/anyone's opinion?

Not really. Maybe if it's a situation where the magnaguard replaces the acolyte Nox on Korriban when he lets Khem out of stasis, I can see the 'guard winning.
