Palpatine vs Valkorion [Lighting and Tutaminis only]

-Peak Sidious; Valkorion at his best.
- Battle takes place on neutral ground, no prep.
-The combatants are limited to Force Lightning and Tutaminis only; no TK, TP, drain, martial combat, etc.

Who wins and why?

That never really happened. In the movie at least, Windu is the one pushing Sidious' lightning back, not the other way around.

You can see Mace's lightsaber bend a little in the movie as well. So I ask again: what does Valkorion have to top this?

No you can't. erm

The mere excess lightning from Valkorion's weakened lightning killed everyone and downed every ship around the building he was in. He was wiped out a small army and a dozen or more Zakuul Knights with a TK-Lightning attack.
