Holistically speaking, Nomi should have it in the bag. Not sure if feats/showings back it up though.

It's frankly amazing how over five different sources all state Nomi Sunrider is among the greatest of all the Jedi.
Her Force superiority over Thon and other peers places her firmly beyond Xesh's grasp.
Sunrider is also a lightsaber prodigy, capable of wielding one with no training on par with those who trained for years.
It doesn't take much to realize she's defeating irrelevants like Xesh.

Nomi also smashed through Beskar without problems right after picking up a lightsaber as I recall. She's pretty underrated.
Xesh shouldn't be underestimated though. I recall him having some great feats.
