All Superman does in that clip is..fail to hurt Darkseid and then fail to dodge his attack.
I'm very confused as to why this clip shows it's an easy win. Especially since this isn't even MOS Superman in the clip.

Superman from the movies hasn't even shown that great of movement speed. The person with the best speed feats that he has fought is..Faora. Who is hilariously slower than Rock Lee.
Also keep in mind that unlike the Flash, Rock Lee and Guy have actual super strength in addition to their speed.
