And you might also not know that Thor was fully bloodlusted and far more powerful compared to his average levels even before getting the gem.

That's rubbish. He wasn't holding back and had an adrenaline boost.
Even with the gem, he wasn't as strong as you're claiming to be.
And Darkseid has manhandled Orion and Superman like nothing. That's above the paygrade of Thanos.
