The way the OP is worded, the telepathy is only good for human minds.

So if you were being attacked by a wild animal, you'd be phucked.

Super Speed is the only one that works 100% in any situation.

there isn't any real limitation on telepathy though. Controlling human minds also includes controlling your own. If you're a telepath, you can just activate the part of your mind that tells your adrenal glands to start working. Will you be as fast as a speedster? No, but you will have enhanced strength, speed, durability, pain tolerance, and you'll still have your telepathy. Again, there was no real limiter placed on your telepathy, so I'd go to a few dojo's first and I'd instantly become a black belt because I now know every technique that everyone there knew.

Help me fight and survive in the wilderness? What are the benefits of this? Fighting wild animals? Sounds like completely retarded and unrealistic scenarios.

Any fight with be over in a second with telepathy.

It'd be way easier to get rich with cyberpathy or telepathy, and they would be much better for studying, assuming anyone with said powers would need that nonsense.

You are not durable by default, you can simply handle your own speed.

You somehow managed to make superspeed sound less appealing then it already was.

Meanwhile a telepath walks around with their hands in their pockets cause they have no need to run from or to anything. You get access to any place you want to go to with access to anything you want to get without effort since people can just casually hand you things like plane tickets or account codes. You can have them forget you or the event ever existed completely or give them a fake story like they do in M.I.B. Your choice.

Nobody on Earth can take advantage of a telepath and there is no defense nor is there a way to prove it exists to even prosecute you for it's use. Can't say the same for the other powers.

Put it this way: Professor X is a telepath and has/had technopaths, speedsters and people that heal fast working for him
