TBH it seems that there has been a growing number of common sense people that deal with the SJW. They are strong in the social media, but they even pop up in places like FOX. I guess times are changing indeed.

I honestly never read a Mark Twain book in school for some reason, but I'll get around to reading Huck Finn on my quest to read books from the literary canon, probably sometime after I read the Odyssey, Moby Dick, and Ulysses.
Funny enough my school banned me from reading Harry Potter. But then it was a Catholic school.

My two cents. SJW is a label put on people who disagree with other people for ethical or social reason rather than practical reasons. In some sense, we need INTELLIGENT SJWs to make sure we the contributing people get our fair share regardless of our background. In other cases, they are just loud teenagers (who eventually grow out of it), angry feminists who can't get action (who don't grow out of it) and little ***** men (who grow into it) who want more respect and attention from others and its generally just for themselves.
We need the SJWs who are smart and lead our worker's unions and do what they do for others rather than just to get a 300 subscribers or to push their own agendas forward.
A lot of them do suffer from Mental Illness. Attention Seekers usually suffer from social disorders. Our union leaders and intelligent SJWs might have had depression after being wronged many times before. Or in a lot of circumstances... just 16-24 year olds who can't believe how miserable they are because they haven't found their soul mate already even though all their teen movies said they would meet him/her in senior year.
I believe there is a fair case to be made with the correlation between SJWs and mental Illness.
However there are SJWs we (the not represented contributing people) need. And some we really wish would just shut up.
The SJW is now the negative label. Someone who fights for legit social justice isn't an SJW.
Example of a legit social justice person: they go around talking to young women about rape and about how to deal with it and how important it is to come forward if you are raped, etc. Something like that.
An SJW would..go around telling women we live in a rape culture, act like there is a rapist waiting behind every bush on a college campus, and just flat out lie about false stats like the "1 and 5 women will be sexually assaulted."
We need people who can discuss an issue without feeling the need to exacerbate it to crazy heights. Rape still happens in America..it's not like we completely got rid of it. So there is no reason to make up such grandiose tales as rape cultures..but they do it anyways. Not only does it poison the minds of young people who are easily manipulated, but it's disrespectful to all the women who live in actual rape cultures.
The problem also is..it's not just stupid feminists and college kids who spout this nonsense. That "1 in 5 women are sexually assaulted" crap is shit that has been regurgitated by various politicians including Obama himself. When some random person online says it..it is one thing, but the president? It's a lot different.
