Right now running 2 compounds ,2-3 accessory exorcises and finishing with curls because gotta make sure to get a pump on per workout .
Usually going three days a week due to work schedule . Miss my 4 times a week schedule.
Going full body routine instead of bro split or PPL . Going on a cut instead of powershitter mode so making time for 30 mins to 1hr of bike time on off days. we'll see what happens.
jeff cavalier's awesome. a lot of his stuff are more for performance purpose but he always has very good insights and usually have fresh ideas that keeps the workout from being stale and boring.
