Well, yeah but I guess I was thinking more old school where the villain doesn't basically just kill his opponent in the first mirosecond using some hax (and permanent) power - not exactly in the spirit of the thread to "antagonize to no end" the hero.
So Aquaman it is I guess, no offense to Aquaman. Maybe Wonder Woman.
you could create an army or experiment with biology like a high evolutionary type.
I could see your guy being an powerful leader of their own team of their own creation going from one end of the galaxy to other in order to pair up lifeforms for creation.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

I'd destroy the mutants outright instead of giving them the slow death that marvel has currently gone with and then use the energies that existed in them to create something better.
Digital evolution: I can upgrade myself with digital info.
Evolving material absorption: I can absorb any material and replicate it upgraded.
Physics manipulation: can shift the laws of physics.
Pure soul: my soul is one of purity and light.
Essentially, I can change stuff (myself, materials, physical law) and do it with a soul of pure light. Sounds angelic, almost godlike, yet I'm supposed to be a villain?
