Depends when the heck they use him. It’s his first appearance is 5 years from now, then yeah he’ll be too old to start a superhero/antihero franchise based on him.

Granted many of the MCU actors are up there as well but many of them have been at it for years now already.

The one thing he has going for him is that he's in exceptional shape (or at the very least, knows how to be as such), and while sure, he can't go on forever, getting at least three movies out of him (plus cameos) shouldn't be hard.

Unless they get some serious bricks joining up it’s gonna be silly. The whole Mortals vs Gods thing isn’t really working on the big screen as seen with BvS, or even Just look at the final bod fight in Suicide Squad 1.
