Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
He's been uber since the 1980's, back when Chris Claremont was having him punch a speeding locomotive to a halt and one shot fist three-four robots in one go that Luke Cage was unable to dent, hurt his knuckles even punching them, and who group KO'd him. (And this was issues after he wrote Cage taking Danny's best Iron Fist without a scratch in their first meeting. Go figure.)

Anyways, Danny's average has always been "Iron Fist = I win". He could he mobbed by Batroc's Brigade or an angry mob, and one IF will clear them out, without even needing to connect directly (Claremont established this, when he had Danny almost kill a merc in anger, and pull his punch at the last moment striking the air. EVERYONE in the room was knocked off their feet (A group of about 5-6) INCLUDING Cage himself. All from the shockwave.
Danny can spam those now, and they're a lot stronger. And he can do other things, like form chi spheres and throw them, ala Street Fighter.
