Rebels canon Vader>Rebels era sidious>ROTS sidious who was able to low dif TCW savage and maul. As much as it will piss people off Vader definitely stomps.

In Canon Vader is better at sabers than Sidious is so in theory Vader should be able to beat these two easily.
