If you want to claim she hits with more force than the Bi-Frost, you have to post the feats.

So go ahead and post clips of her hitting with greater than Bi-Frost level force.

Using the key feat, she can hit with at least millions of tons of force. You brought up Bifrost as if it was comparable. You must prove that it is. Quantify the feat for me, because to me it looks to be a 100 ton of force on Thor feat imo.

And? If we use her highest feat then she is more than capable of hitting that hard.

Show clips of her hitting with at-least Bi-Frost level of force.

The key feat isn't a striking/hitting feat, Show clips of her hitting with at-least Bi-Frost level of force.

Supergirl casually lifted a million ton key. Pressure = Force/Area
That's millions of tons per square inch. Even if Thor could strike with a million tons (he can't) then since the area of Mjolnir is much bigger than the key then the pressure would be smaller than that of the key. In other words, Kara wouldn't barely feel a million ton strike from Mjolnir.

But this argument disregards speed. Kara would be the first to hit Thor.

I'm talking about Thor's feat in his first movie where he decimated the acres of the Frost giant world.

Also, just because Supergirl can lift a million tons doesn't mean that she can tank a million tons of force. That's dumb logic. That's like me saying since I can lift a 50 pound dumbell I can tank getting hit with one.

The key feat is a strength feat which translates to a minimum force of striking.
A person (especially one with superspeed) can strike with more force than they can lift. This is because their final velocity is greater and push force is the same. A punch is a push of the fists. Striking power is measured by cross sectional area, durability of fist, velocity of fist, and push strength behind fist.

Thor's Lightning can definitely put Kara down, given Livewire's lightning did.

That was a lightning strike, not a strike from Mjolnir.
The hit will always be harder than the lift, assuming the same force is applied to each. (Im arguing if P then Q, you are rebutting if Q then P).

So if someone can lift a 50 pound dumbbell then they can strike with more force.
Also, durability plays a role with striking power too (along with velocity, cross-sectional area, and push strength).

Most likely. That's not the argument though.

Provide striking feats that show Supergirl hits with above Bi-Frost level force.

You have to prove that Bi-Frost (on Thor) is beyond millions of tons of force. Because if you can't then she can punch with forces beyond that by default.

Any person with even a basic knowledge of fighting arts knows that how much weight you can lift doesn't translate to how powerful you can hit. If that was the case then powerlifters would be able to generate the strongest punches.

You have to actually prove Supergirl hits with that level of force first. so provide the clips.

I did. She can lift that level of force and thus she is able to hit with MORE force.

He hit the ground with his hammer which called down lightning. Doesn't matter if it was hammer or lightning, you said use the highest feats so I'm using some of Thor's highest feats. NO ONE in Supergirl's universe has a feat that can match Thor's destructive output.

And no, how much weight you can lift does not translate to how much you can hit with. Anyone with even a basic understanding of fighting knows this.
