Here's a summary.
A strike is a push with additional initial momentum.

It's easier to stop a force from rest than to stop one after it acquired a velocity.

I actually gave a more detailed proof.

So, which is it?

The former. But several members say that the feat is an outlier and doesn't count. If that's the case then she can't punch with such forces.

Anyway I never claimed that a person can lift with the same force they can hit with.

I said that a person can hit with MORE force than they can lift with their arm.
If you can lift 50lb with your arm then you can hit with MORE (not equal) force.

Ive proven it using physics and several real life examples. No one here has shown a case of the opposite (a person hitting with LESS force than they can lift).

A strike is a push with added initial momentum.

so you have just admited you troll a lot.. good to know

hahahahahaahahaha

real life is not proof in a ficticious versus match... we always go by what we view in the novies or tv shows... physics is junk science, use actual screen feats

Using physics and several real life examples, explain how the key could have weighed a million tons and not damaged the ground during the scene.

This is what you said. You literally said she can't hit with a million tons off force.

Regardless of this fascinating conversation, she can still just rip him in half so she still wins easily.

But we use physics on this forum every time. It's the basis for most of our arguments when proving power levels.

Bucky, CA, Thor, etc feats have a physics basis.

The key feat isn't usable anymore.

But it's impossible. Many feats originating from the ground are. Flying (nothing to push against). Throwing or hitting heavy stuff far away, pushing a bulldozer from a human size being, etc.

IOW, you can't prove that the key really weighed a millions tons?

In real life it didn't. In the story it did. Because it was writer's intent.
So you rather discuss this instead of who wins the fight?

You repeating yourself isn't proof, I asked you to prove that it weighed a million tons in the story by using physics and real world examples. What you believe the writer's intent to be is neither physics nor a real world example.

If you can't provide any actual proof just say so and we can move on.

Well yeah, but we use CORRECT physics.

Interesting how h1 only wants to use 'writers intent' when it helps his side.

Physics should be used to help quantify a feat, not discredit it against writer's intentions. Otherwise nearly all feats can be discredited using physics.

Only because the key feat is PIS of the highest level and not usable. That's the only reason.

I'll give you one more chance, if your next post doesn't answer my question, I'll take that as a concession that you can't actually prove the Key weighed one million tons.

Just so we're clear. saying writer's intention isn't providing proof, neither is relying on a character statement that isn't backed up by anything.

lol how exactly would you know what writers are thinking???? and no real life actual physics should not be used in these ficticious fights
