I don't see Hulk being able to get in close to crush Phoenix or ragdoll Apoc. Thor was able to withstand the reality-warping tornado thing in The Dark World, does that feat have any relevance to withstanding Apoc or Jean's matter manipulation/disintegration feats?
I see Apoc or Jean turning Hulk and Thor into dust with their powers. Might take longer than the fodder in X-Men The Last Stand and Apocalypse, but it'll happen IMO.

Team 2 seems a bit too OP. Though I do wonder if Phoenix's TP can shield her against Thor's lightning and if her durability can survive a lightning strike.
