Almost completely perfect. Good job. Doomsday should be higher on the list though. Above Supes for sure. I'd also put Dormammu above Manhattan and Thanos without the Gauntlet below Galactus and Odin. Current Dr. Strange should be much lower too.

Just quickly scanning that list, Thing and Human Torch should also be higher (assuming we're using 2005/2007 versions instead of the weak ass 2015 versions). One could overhead press well over a thousands tons, whereas the other one could end all life on Earth if he truly cut loose. Also, how is Drax that high? Maybe he will get an upgrade in GotG 2 but, as things stand, he isn't very impressive.

Shouldn't Rocket Raccoon actually be much higher as he had a weapon that supposedly could take out an entire Moon?

Also, Iron Man should actually be quite a bit higher, due to Veronica, as well as everything else he could bring to bear if he really wanted to.

And just wait until Infinity War, when his armour can take hits from Thanos. stick out tongue

thanks bro, reason behind doomsday being so low is because he brainless with a glaring weakness (kryptonite), dormammu is trapped in another dimension and can't get out, we've seen manhattan come back from wherever cozy tried to displace him, Odins been asleep or half dead every time we have seen him so far in the MCU so i couldn't rank him any higher and a lot of these guys like strange and wanda i based on their reality altering potential as the OP said you can factor in implied power which can be considered potential as well i mean look at caps levels jumps over all his appearances right

PLEASE PROTECT ME STONES

Shadow King and Legion have greater feats than Wanda, Hela (Due to lack of exposure) or Strange, and are close to Apocalypse in power. Magneto is also more powerful than Wanda, Hela, or Steven per feats (tearing liquid metal from the earth's core, being capable of destroying every metal structure on planet Earth, telekinetically throwing metal with enough force to atomize it, lifting Stadiums, lifting ships (before his prime), lifting the Golden Gate Bridge, and destroying Sydney, San Francisco, and destroying Auschwitz. He should be in the same tier as Apocalypse/Silver Surfer.

Also not seeing what Flash/Loki have done on a consistent basis to put them in the same tier as Superman/Thor/Doomsday. Mister Mxyzptlk (CW) should also be in the same tier as Dormammu and Manhattan.

The list is also missing Psylocke, Mystique, Deadpool, Deathlok, Deathstroke, Ra's Al Ghul, Crossbones, Blade, Nomak, Angel Dust, Sif, etc.

IMO Odin is curiosity. In Asgard his authority over everyone and everything implies great power, but we don't have much on fighting feats other than his old battle with the front giants where he lost an eye. He strips Thor's power away, controls Mjolnir when he wants, seems to know when frost giants invaded the weapons vault, "probably" knew what was going on to some degree with Thor on earth even during his Odin-sleep / Thor getting his powers back before beating the Destroyer (perhaps he is mentally connected to Heimdall?), seemed to arrive just in time when the rainbow bridge was destroyed in order to catch Thor and Loki, etc. He has such a wide authority and knowledge of Asgard, but how powerful is he in a fight outside of Asgard?
