Blake has a few version "preboot" that vary greatly.
Classic - basically Superman lite ish ( as in ocose to the ball park but just off)with MMH level TP greater than MMH level TK who could matter and energy manip (on such a level he could control GL power against them).

post Classic - 1/10 superman Physicals still with TP (rarely used butto a MUCH higher level) and TK (hadn't changed was able to shield GL's from Ominar Synn)

post resurection - Physicals almost gone (barely a few tonner) his TP and TK had jumped to the point he could solo a half dozen clones of his pre resurrection body in mental battle. Could also now telelport

Need to know which version is being used to answer

Classic comet could speed blitz and take the win. While he had high TP and TK feats he almost never mentally attacked. He could hold turn the power of both Power Ring and Sinestro back on themselves whith his Tk. I'd say he has fair to even odds if Strange doesnt auto shield.

Post classic looses to classic strange severely. Blitzing is. No longer an option and he was more resprained with TK. Used TP more but still not offensively

Ppst resurrectiin probably mind rapes. He could play with the wierd's mind (something Manhuner couldnt and it took a dozen clones of his dead pre resurrection body to alter only one of the Weirds memories). He could also casually play with Bizaros mind which has shown significant resistance to mental assault from memory. He was also more ruthless with mental attacks literally shredding the minds of (IIRC) 5 of those aformentioned clones. Plus more ruthless in general as he planted charges to blow up a church of the order of light including its duped cult members.

Interesting answer, good stuff. The classic and post resurrection versions sound like they would make a good fight of it.

Classic has the power to do so but there is the fact he was as much a boy scout as Superman so ver morally restrained. He did use his TK to matter manip and was even capable of using his mind over matter to control his own evolution. In one story with Superman when his mental power was stolen by overmind (correct me if Ive got the name wrong Mungi or Abhi) he spontaineously evolved into being close to Superman's physical equal (at least able to fight him) and became grotesque in appearance. It was stated that till that point he'd been mentally keeping himself from physically evolving. When he got his mental power back he returned humself to his normal appearance and kept the amp.

The reason post resurection (after Mystery in space series) has a chance has a lot nore to do with how forceful and brutal he could be. He's certainly a powerful enough Psionic to take on almost anyone, but the fact that hes a lot more likely to do what ever it takes to win is what gives him more of a chance.he simply doesnt have the high moral constraints of his pre death self.
