Location: A vault... duh...

Flash is kind of a non-factor here. Without his jobber aura, he is more than fast enough to evade Faora, but he doesn't have anywhere near the damage output to hurt her. Only thing I can see him doing is maybe using something like phasing to try and short out her helmet, leaving her vulnerable to sensory overload. But Supergirl should be able to do that simply by punching it a few times.
