Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
In hindsight I'd might have to give it to Ares, though it's kinda hard to remember the best feats of both, especially Ares with all six seasons both shows he was from had. He was kind of a jobber at times though, but loved for being played by the late Kevin Smith.
Watched it all the time. I remember the pilot showed on something called "Action Pack", where Herc took on some weird shadow like thing that shrugged off his attacks (By far the most "no selling" in the series.) Won by beheading, I believe..
Kevin Sorbo sure didn't look like a Hercules, though. (Compared to someone like Ahnold, as hillariously bad as the show he played the role in was..)
