Your point is that Alucard is gonna duplicate Kenshiro's experience's via mindreading and become a Hokuto no Ken master himself? Do you have any proof that Alucard can use telepathy in this fashion? I don't recall him ever having done this. The closest he comes to duplicating other people's powers and abilities is via making them his familiars.
Heck, even if we were to assume Alucard were capable of mimicking Hokuto no Ken, how does that make up for the strength/speed gap which you've already agreed to? If Alucard gets blitzed, he is subject to a wide variety of pressure point hax.
