Thor probably wins, flash would be too fast so stalemate or he battlefield removes them. Supergirl loses (again). They gave a 15 foot tall Hulk a good fight and scratched and bit him up. Everyone else loses. Spider-Man can dodge and web and trade a few blows but three is too much.

Unless Barry acts like an idiot (like he often does by superspeeding up to enemies and, instead of just blitzing them from the get go, pauses to chat, snark, and wait for them to attack first) he should be able to avoid the dogs easily enough.
