She took hits from Colossus, he took hits from Sandman. She has better offensive striking it appears. But He is way faster and can prob web and hit and sling her into metal stuff enough to eventually k.o. Her. If not, stalemate cuz she can't catch him.

No webs with boxing gloves, sorry. She can't tag him very often but don't think Spider-Man has good punching feats to ko her. If they go like 10 rounds maybe he takes her down if he gets mad and figures out boxing.
