Okay, you're gonna need an anti hero.
Someone who's been both a bad guy and a good guy, and even good, has no problem killing if it suits him.
MUST be a guy.
He gathers a team of other bad guys, under threat of physical violence if they dont do as he says.
This is a secret team the anti hero uses on the sly. If he feels a country needs invading, a politician needs killing, a person needs saving, he just up and has them do it.
No bad guy can be more physically powerful than your anti hero.
You need a set of partners. Characters that have actually worked together.
If one of them is female, then that fills your one female on the team criteria.
You need an assassin. A killer of some type.
If your partners are both male, this MUST be a woman, a femme fetale, as hot as she is deadly.
If your partners has one female this will then be a guy.
You need an evil genius type.
Someone who actually has resources and minions, but still gets intimidated into joining.
He comes on missions, and provides manpower when needed.
MUST be a guy.
The usual live action, no comics characters rule.
You can be super powered or bad ass normal or a bit of both in your picks.

In this time line, the T800 didnt die at the end of T2.
With Sara and John Connor safely off the grid, the T800 turns his attention to stopping SKYNET before it completely comes online.
This puts him at odds with big business conglomerates world wide, private concerns, and the US Govt itself, as Cyberdine is a far reaching entity, doling out bits of advanced tech to build its net worth and entrench itself in every facet of daily life.
The T800, when it calculates the necessity, uses a team of humans it has conscripted into service.
JULES WINNFIELD AND VINCENT VEGA are, besides expendable, adept at murder and mayhem, kidnapping and torture. They employ outside the box thinking, as well, an ability the T800 lacks, but has come to appreciate.
They dont much like these often far flung dangerous missions, but enjoy the use of their arms and legs, and so are trustworthy.
TAE JU is a vampire, highly sexualized and ever blood thirsty. Neither her sex appeal nor her fangs would keep the T800 from destroying her though, if he chose to. He doesnt ask her to do anything she doesnt actually enjoy, so she doesnt mind him calling on her all that much.
CASANOVA FRANKENSTEIN is quite simply, a genius, a low level meta human, and heads a vast criminal empire. It grates on him to learn these things dont matter to the T800 other than in how they can be of use to him. The only trade off is the bits of tech he's able to sneak away, from mission to mission, as well as the fact that he gets a heads up on businesses that will be crashing in the stock market. If he can stay one step ahead of the cyborg, he stands to come out ahead in this one sided partnership.
Anti-Hero: Clyde Shelton (Law Abiding Citizen) Fed up with the broken legal system, Clyde decides he's going to bring Justice to the world even if he has to align himself with the very lawbreakers and killers he seeks to end.
Partners: Mickey and Mallory Knox (Natural Born Killers) Bent on death and destruction, these two maniacs will do anything Clyde asks and more.
Assassin: Léon Montana (The Professional) The cool calm one, the one Clyde can count on to do the job right every time.
Evil-Genius: Skip Tyler (White House Down) Merely plays at being a member of the team, he has his own agenda but will cooperate until the time is right.
Concept: Once again the Multiverse is deep sht, the Infinity Stones and all the really powerful artifacts have vanished along with some of the most powerful superheroes and incarnations of eternity like Death and the Phoenix Force. It's up to your team to find the missing items and people and restore all of reality.
Rules: You're going to need to find a team from any media, no one more powerful than Superman, in these key roles...
A Pilot - doesn't just have to be a pilot but has to know how to fly anything.
A Daredevil - besides being a fearless stuntman, has to be able to jump into extreme danger with a wild grin.
A Powerhouse - big strong and durable, this guy is the tank that goes in first to take the big hit for the team.
A Scientist - the big brain, expert in many different fields, able to think outside the box, hell he invents new boxes for the fun of it.
A Magician - someone that can harness the arcane powers to assist your team in any situation, when there's something strange in your hood, this guy is who you call.
A Doctor - *must be a woman* this chick is your go to medic and all around healer, researcher, coffeemaker, whatever you need.
This came about from finding a photoshopped puc of Danny Trejo as Lobo.
Wanted to use all live pics.
This is my kind of team, one with a lot of conflicting personalities. (please log in to view the image)
Rick Sanchez is contacted by a mysterious force (me), and told he needs to save the MU, with a group from different dimensions (or, media to us), not from that reality. After some threatening and bribery he agrees.
Han Solo, fresh off the Kesel run, is Rick's pilot of choice. He has to be able to fly anything. Try telling him he CANT.
Jackie Chan is from our reality, a daredevil who does all his own stunts. Once he gets over the shock of being recruited for the mission, and having just finished his latest movie, Rumble in The Bronx, he's excited to start.
Lobo couldnt care less about saving some crap reality, but Rick offers payment in the form of a get out of jail free card, an inter dimensional trip anywhere any time the main man needs it in the future. Rick gets his powerhouse, no problem.
Harry Dresden was easy to recruit. People with morals just can't stand by and do nothing while others are in danger. Rick counted on that.
Caitlin Snow in full Killer Frost mode, needs to throw former friends off her trail, and disappearing from her reality for a while works just fine. Rick gets a gifted doctor, with a dangerous power to boot in the bargain.
She might even make everyone iced coffee.
A Pilot - [TV] John Sheppard (Stargate Atlantis) can fly anything, tough HtH fighter, & crackshot.
A Daredevil - [Anime] Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece) an insanely reckless pirate, Luffy lives to leap into any danger.
A Powerhouse - [Comics] Allen the Alien (Invincible) can not be killed by any means, possesses the ability to get stronger once he is weakened severely.
A Scientist - [Books] "Bloody Stupid" Johnson (Discworld) an omnidisciplinary incompetent whose failures are so spectacular that they loop straight back around into genius. The things he's made defy not only common sense but frequently the very laws of physics as well.
A Magician - [Movies] Anton Gorodetsky (Night Watch) a reluctant magic user albeit one of the most powerful in his universe, he utilizes a pistol with silver bullets to solve a lot of things.
A Doctor - [Videogames] Angela Ziegler "Mercy" (Overwatch) with her Valkyrie suit she has limited flight, her Caduceus Staff heals, brings back the dead and gives a physical boost can also cause physical damage to an enemy. One of the most gifted doctors in her world.
