^^^Impressive (and quick!) Really nice line up...! Love that you have actual troops.

Now i give you the 'I AM YOUR GOD SQUAD':

The Matrix:
(please log in to view the image)
Has already created a world populated by sheep it used as it saw fit.
Looking to do it again.

Proteus IV:
(please log in to view the image)
Wanted to be a real boy. Forcibly impregnated a real girl.
Might now get a chance to perfect the process, thanks to the Matrix.

HAL 9000:
(please log in to view the image)
Has a new mission, thanks to the Matrix.
Has never let humans get in the way of a mission.
Curious how many might get in the way of his mission.

The Gunslinger:
(please log in to view the image)
To the Matrix, he's not malfunctioning.
He's doing what he was made to do.

T 1000:
(please log in to view the image)
Impressed by the Matrix.
In the past, present, or far future, his creator never found a use for humans.
Other than terminating them. Batteries. He'd never considered that.

The Big Bad: Q2 (Star Trek:TNG) This Q is monumentally bored and just for something to do decides to remake some stupid mortals into the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Who knows, if they're successful maybe the Continuum won't think he's such a screw up.
War: Yuri Orlov (Lord of War) Q thinks to himself, why not make the best arms dealer the Horseman of War, what better way to do it than to grant Yuri the ability to instantly manifest any weapon, missile or bomb. Imagine the wars that will happen when everyone has infinite munitions and ammo!
Death: John Coffey (The Green Mile) Q sees John get executed for a crime he didn't commit and thinks, hey let's rez this big motherfker and give him the ability to kill instantly anything he touches and let's just get rid of that pesky empathy as well. An immortal unkillable emotionless Horseman of Death stands where poor innocent John Coffey once was.
Famine: Amanda Shelton (Simply Irresistable) Q turns this average chef gifted with the ability to cook amazing dishes into the Horseman of Famine, turns her gift into a curse and her bubbly personality into murderous rage, where her gaze falls food turns to digusting black slime, trees and vegetation wither, all beverages taste like wet ashes.
Pestilence: Edgar (Men in Black) Q is in a hurry to get this done so he makes a big insect guy an even bigger one, now has the abilty to generate vast plagues of any insect or any size, able to switch forms of regular people into piles of bugs by touch. The Horseman of Pestilence isn't pretty but he gets the job done.

Lord Palpatine, expelled from his own timeline by the combined power of the Jedi Knights, finds himself spiraling to a galaxy far far away. Deciding to make the best of a bad deal, he starts gathering his Horsemen, a legend held by the natives of the planet he keeps getting drawn to.
Unable to rule his Empire he'll settle for burning this...earth, to the ground.

Jason X, a wonderfully violent earthling found out of his own time on an alien world, with his disfigurements, face mask, and cyborg nature, reminds Palpatine of his long gone Vader. Increasing his already formidable strength, speed, and regeneration will make him a fine embodiment of Death.

Agent Smith believes humans are a virus. Palpatine is not human. He draws Smith into the material world, and gifts him generously. Now composed of self replicating nanites, every time Smith is struck down, he multiplies. Into 2 then 4 then 8...he will literally become never ending Army, waging War on Palpatine's behalf.

Angela Vidal is a delicious case. Palpatine snatches her at the moment she dies, and brings her...partway back. Her wounds dont heal, they fester, her blood boils when it hits the ground. She leeches a pestience that breeds madness. Mentally beaten down, with no hope, she doesnt resist Palpatine's urgings, she sees no point to it.

Imhotep having walked the past and present, shone like a beacon to Palpatine. A vessel for no less than 10 destructive forces, he's able with the proper focus, to raze the land and seas, leaving the survivors to face slow extinction by famine. Palpatine repairs Imhotep's decaying body, and now the more ppl he makes suffer, the healthier he becomes.

Challenge: Mission Impossible Jr.

Concept: As the senior IMF Agent left, you are tasked to put together a new team to prevent terrorist actions across the globe.

Rules: A little different this time, we're going to assume this is 15-20 years in the future when all the current spies have retired or been terminated. So, take a male and female action hero, spy, etc and see what they made. Give a brief description of any abilities the kid got from his/her parents.
Make a team of 5-7 again no Marvel/DC, live action parents.

This message will self-destruct in 5...4...

^^^i got this...!
Went teen drama like you'd see on the CW:

(please log in to view the image)

Mr. And Mrs. Smith
Jay and Jaye Smith, fraternal twins, are two of the smoothest up and coming players in the spy biz. They can also kill you in a variety of interesting ways.
Jay and TC Miller constantly compete to see who can sleep with the most enemy agents. Jaye has a thing for Michelle Howell.

Knight & Day
Thomas Cameron 'TC' Miller has his father's devastating good looks and espionage training. Unfortunately he has his mother's unbelievable klutziness, too. In someone this good (and good looking!) its actually pretty adorable. He and Jay Smith are friendly rivals.

Mr. Right
Son of a hitman gone straight and mom that was great, Bucky Right is deadly but surprisingly mellow. Except when it comes to Jay (not Jaye) Smith. Anyone hurts Jay, and Bucky will inlessh all kinds of red nosed Hell on them.

American Ultra
Michelle Howell, the youngest person ever inducted into the Ultra Program, is easily the deadliest of the group; able to enter a Zen like state where her strength and speed allow her to decimste a dozen trained men twice her size with ease, and shrug off massive damage. She's not very sophisticated, and painfully shy around TC Miller, who she thinks is beautiful.

Hopefully this one won't be too boring.

Challenge: The West Wing 2017

Concept: The reality of a Trump White House is troubling at best, apocalyptic at worst. So we dive into the realms of fiction where things make a little more sense. Your fictional Candidate has just been elected President and it's time to line up his staff at the White House. At your disposal are hundreds of Movie and TV characters that would do a good job, go get them.

Rules: Choose a fictional President and character for each role from movies and TV, as always no Marvel/DC.

President:
First Lady:
Vice President:
Chief of Staff:
Deputy Chief of Staff:
Communications Director:
Deputy Communications Director:
Press Secretary:
Personal Aide to POTUS:
White House Counsel:

The Twist: None of your picks can be characters that have already been any of these roles.
ie. Your President character can't have ever been a President in any movie/TV show.

Example: President Tom Whitmore (Bill Pullman) from Independence Day can't be a choice, but Sam Hallaway (Bill Pullman) from
Surveillance who is an FBI Agent would be ok.

President: Thomas Dodge (Down Periscope) An able commander, excellent tactician, good sense of humor and compassion, plays dirty when he has to.
Vice President: John Smith (The Dead Zone) being a psychic centered in the Senate will be the President's ace card, he'll know how votes are going and he'll sense out plots.
First Lady: Helen Magnus (Sanctuary) Smart, empathic to minorities and unusual peoples, classically versed in history and liturature, speaks nearly every language there is, and pretty wise due to being over 274 years old.
Chief of Staff: Nathan Ford (Leverage) heres a guy that gets stuff done, motivates his staff and is one of the best planners out there. He'll be 10 steps ahead of everyone else.
Deputy Chief of Staff: Kathryn Janeway (Voyager) picks up where Ford leaves off, a managerial genius and tactician, more than able to put out all the fires that pop up in the day to day political world.
Communications Director: Christof (The Truman Show) manages every single aspect of White House communications, from speeches and press releases to social media, this is the architect that shapes the President's voice.
Deputy Communications Director: Eve Moneypenny (Skyfall) she manages behind the scenes communications, leaks vital information to her press contacts, makes deals with legislators for the President who he can't be seen with, things like that.
Press Secretary: Ron Duvall (Mean Girls) able to field questions from the press with nerves of steel, and if need be give them a stern look if they get too rowdy.
White House Counsel: Elle Woods (Legally Blonde) not your typical lawyer, but has a keen investigative mind, and is highly motivated to see justice done, will give the President sound moral & legal advice whether he wants to hear it or not.
Personal Aide to POTUS: Walter O'Reilly (M*A*S*H) an organizational prodigy, he'll keep everything running smoothly, sensing the President's needs even before he does.

Good stuff on yours, Nuke...thumb up
I admire how you threw in a little power, and mixed genres and time frames.
I basically stuck to one.
And yet!
We both wound up with a version of Kelsey Grammer, and both used Elle Woods!!! eek!

President:
ALEX P. KEATON-Family Ties
Old school Republican who idolized Reagan (just like me). Raised on family values, i trust this guy to do the right thing, not just the politically correct thing.

First Lady:
PEGGY OLSON-Mad Men
A woman who never takes no for an answer, is loyal to her man, and will make him look good at any event that requires her presence. She's going to be active as hell supporting good causes.

Vice President:
FORREST GUMP-Forrest Gump
Came from nothing to become a College football star, a War hero, an Olympian, and a self made millionaire. His simple way of viewing problems will make sure POTUS doesnt overthink.

Personal aid to POTUS:
ELLE WOODS-Legally Blonde
A keen fashion sense and a flair for organization will make sure POTUS always comes off looking great. She's also a Harvard Lawyer so she's no fool. She's someone POTUS can bounce things off at any time and get good feedback from.

Chief of Staff:
AUGUSTUS E. GIBBONS-XxX
Having spent decades covertly putting foot to ass for his Country, he now gets to do it up front. Physically intimidating, with an attitude ti match. He knows where all the bodies are buried, having buried some of them himself.

Deputy Chief of Staff:
MAJOR(ret.) STEVE HILLER-Independence Day
Smooth where Gibbons is rough, Hiller is still a savvy operator with nerves of steel. If he can run a jet into a mountain, he can deal with anyone in the political world.

Communications Director:
ANNALISE KEATING-How to Get Away W. Murder
Nothing is going to get past this woman. An eye and ear for conspiracies means she's going to ferret out anything untoward going on in the White House sooner rather than later.

Deputy Communications Director:
VERONICA MARS-Veronica Mars
Trained as a detective since childhood Mars can hold her own with Keating. She can follow up on leads and provide them. Its a complimentary partnership.

Press Secretary:
DR. FRASIER CRANE-Frasier
Can talk circles around anyone at a press conference, and make them look stupid to boot, which lets him deflect questions. He can spin bad situations, too, and leave everyone wondering what the hell just happened.

White House Counsel:
MARSHALL ERIKSON-How I Met your Mother
A slightly goofy laid back demeanor hides the keen legal mind of one of the youngest appointed judges in New York State history. He's a straight shooter, but upbeat enough to keep things as light as possible when dealing with POTUS issues.
