Why do postal and parcel workers do this more than employees in most other jobs Rob? Sad situation though.

UPS in San Francisco is the worst. The drivers do not actually attempt to deliver packages. Their shifts end when all of their deliveries are "attempted," so they just leave the delivery attempt notice on your door or mailbox. You then have to go to the UPS Customer Service Center to pick up your package the next day, and it is a total shit show.
