She doesn't lose to Kraven. I haven't seen what happens with baby Danielle but I doubt that that she really fights the possessed baby that she babysits.
I have heard the rumor that the reason She can "Beat Everyone" is because in her solo title she is a "Special Needs" Person and No one wants to fight the "Special Needs" Person.

It ended prematurely. She broke out the net, threw Kraven into the air, and the squirrel army showed up. While he was airborne she decided to help him, caught him, and called the fight off.
That is definitely Kraven's highest showing ever though. He managed to give her a little trouble early on.
I agree with Flyattracter though. Unless the series changed recently, it feels like they missed the point of her character. I'm not even sure if her having a solo series is even a good idea. She's supposed to be a Mary Sue. Her hyper capability is where the comedy should come from mostly. That Galactus issue just felt off.

Meanwhile, the reason Lobo can go into Looney Tune mode is because he's a multi-dimensional entity. Lobo's power was noticed by the Kollective. Beings who can alter reality on a whim.
Lobo would defeat SG just by refusing to walk off panel. Then He would call her very unpoltically correct names and make her cry....then stomp all her squirrels to death.

Lobo's fight against Superman proves that Lobo is vulnerable to the effects of certain chemicals (the exotic berry wine he got drunk off to start, wage, and finish the fight) and can be outsmarted by clever opponents.
On the physical side, it might be worth noting that version of Superman could be, and was, knocked out by the force of a gas station explosion.
Meanwhile, though they've sacrificed a modicum of her deus ex machina power, Marvel's writers have steadily been showing Squirrel Girl to be a LOT stronger and tougher than most people would ever guess.
