TBF I might have missed school the day it was taught. It was probably the same day they taught us that Native Americans also stole each others land, brutalized each other, and practiced slavery and that blacks owned slaves in America.

Speaking of Columbus, I read a couple weeks ago about how LA county is changing Columbus day to Aboriginals day or something - a day to celebrate the native people.
