Who in Marvel besides TOAA is definitively above Oblivion?
hes outside the influence of LT and the multiverse and is basically the embodiment of nothingness
hes kind of like Mother Night in DC in a way
in Chaos War he even created avatars on par with multiversal Eternity considering its scaling with Chaos King

The Chaos King wasn't multiversal in the sense you're implying. When Mikaboshi destroyed the "multiverse" he destroyed the realms of the gods, not parallel universes—like, say, the Beyonders.

Not to mention that this multiverse—i.e. the universe and the realms of the gods—was actually finite as calculated by Amadeus Cho.

To answer your question. We know that Quasar's and Malestrom's actions transmogrified to the battle between Infinity and Oblivion, so Oblivion is clearly not beyond Infinity in terms of power.

Not to mention that had Malestrom succeeded he would've recreated Oblivion as his subordinate.

Not to mention that Eternity and Death, and Infinity and Oblivion are metaphysical counterparts, upholding a certain cosmic balance.

So the Living Tribunal is certainly more powerful, so is anyone who's more powerful than either Eternity, Infinity or Death.
