This isn't being done due to humanitarian reasons, it's just PR stunt due low approval ratings. Otherwise it would have been done on the down-low. Any blind person can see that.

Why would you speak out of turn without researching the facts. SHS was asked at todays press breifing is he had plans to. She informed the pubic he was donating $1,000,000. So unless you think SHS just made Trump spend $1m and spoke for him, you are drastically mistaken on this one.
